I had the most amazing experience at this Jared. I had lost my wedding ring, and my husband went in to find out a replacement cost as we thought someone may have picked it up and stolen it. The manager (Carl) was patient and kind and helped him out. A few days later, my ring was found and turned in! My Diamond had actually fallen out and my ring was completely beat up (we think it was run over in a parking lot…) and my husband took my ring in for them to examine it. Between Carl and the Diamond expert Magician, they were unsure if they could fix it. But Christmas miracles do happen and they were able to fix my completely beat up ring, and no one could tell any difference! I can’t believe my luck, but I’m so glad to have these guys. They could have easily said “No, you’ll have to buy a new ring…” but they did their best and they fixed it. For that, I’m so grateful, and in the future, this is the Jared where I want to buy things!

I went to Jarad . But actually, I called Jarad and ended up talking to Pam. Pam became my sales agent over the course of about 2 1/2 to maybe three weeks. During that time she got all of the information of what I was looking for, style, price range etc. Pam responded to multiple text messages that I sent her with pictures of particular styles of diamonds and she did her own research and sent me back multiple photos. I do believe that we probably exchanged at least 35 text messages and 4 or 5 phone calls. In the end, I ended up with the most perfect ring. It is better than I had hoped for. It is absolutely gorgeous and if it not been for the hard work and dedication that Pam provided, I never would have gotten something so beautiful. I have been in Customer Service, so i am familiar, but I honestly can say that Pam exceeded my expectations. Not only did I gain a beautiful piece of jewelry. I feel like I' also gained a friend. I just had a wonderful experience with Jared( David Allen) in Pineville, NC. Deb is the Jewelry Specialist that assisted me and she was AMAZING! She was patient, honest, joyful , and very experienced. This allowed me to have a NICE surprise for my Wife for our 10 year Anniversary. Friday, November 24th is our Engagement Anniversary, and I can’t wait. Time for the UPGRADE! Thanks Deb!!! 🙏🏾

A beautiful young lady named Xena recently assisted me in creating a beautiful diamond necklace from my pair of diamond earrings. She showed me different styles, and I chose the one I liked best. She also helped with a chain for my newly created diamond necklace! Xena went over and beyond to make sure I was happy!!! Thank you, Xena!
